Block Time Advantage Program

The innovative Block Time Advantage Program (BTAP) from Clever Technologies provides benefits similar to those enjoyed by companies using Multi Year Service Level Agreements and at the same time delivers flexibility companies today demand.

The segment of time purchased in advance is debited only when services are delivered and at rates that vary based on the grade of technician being dispatched. The cost of any parts used in the repair is an addition charge to the customer.

Service Hours Purchased Discount
25 hours 5%
50 hours 10%
75 hours 15%
100+ hours 20%

Program Advantages
Here are a few advantages customers enjoy by purchasing a BTAP Service Level Agreement:

  • Priority four (4) business hour response time **
  • Easy to budget
  • Economical

Priority Response
The major advantage of having a Service Level Agreement is that you enjoy priority response to your service needs. The BTAP ensures clients will receive the same priority response without the need for a long-term contract.

Easy to Budget
Another advantage of BTAP is that you can budget your maintenance costs in a fashion similar to a maintenance contract. It is easy to estimate the amount of service labor you will need over a period of time based on past needs.

Economical
Purchase BTAP segments in increments of twenty five (25) hours. You do not have to tie up your money in maintenance and long-term contracts. Plus, you purchase labor hours at a substantial discount from usual labor rates.

** Regular service hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. local time. Note, after hours services are available at 1.5 times the selected standard technician grade.
